This page is for Day On Track (فكّرني). You can delete your account in the app, or ask us by email.هذه الصفحة خاصة بتطبيق Day On Track (فكّرني). يمكنك حذف حسابك من التطبيق أو طلب ذلك منا بالبريد.
Option 1: in the appالخيار 1: من التطبيق
- Open Day On Track and sign in.افتح Day On Track وسجّل الدخول.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account and data.اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف حسابي وبياناتي.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted from our server at once.أكّد الحذف. يُحذف حسابك من خادمنا فورًا.
- The app then asks if you also want to erase the routines on this phone. Choose as you like.يسألك التطبيق بعد ذلك إن كنت تريد أيضًا مسح الروتين من هذا الهاتف. اختر ما تريد.
Option 2: by email (app uninstalled)الخيار 2: بالبريد (إذا حُذف التطبيق)
Send an email to support@dayontrack.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Write from the email address you used to sign in, or tell us the Google account you used. We may ask you to prove it is yours. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.أرسل بريدًا إلى support@dayontrack.com بعنوان «Delete my account». اكتب من البريد الذي سجّلت به، أو أخبرنا بحساب Google الذي استخدمته. قد نطلب منك إثبات أنه حسابك. سنحذف حسابك خلال 30 يومًا ونؤكد لك بالبريد.
What is deletedما الذي يُحذف
- Your account on our server: your email address and account ID.حسابك على خادمنا: بريدك الإلكتروني ومعرّف الحساب.
- Sign-in records that belong to your account.سجلات الدخول المرتبطة بحسابك.
- Data on your phone (actions, prayer settings, health items, family members, voice notes) is deleted when you choose “erase” in the app or uninstall it. It is not backed up by Android, so it cannot be restored from Google Drive. A file you exported yourself is yours to delete.البيانات على هاتفك (المهام وإعدادات الصلاة والعناصر الصحية وأفراد العائلة والملاحظات الصوتية) تُحذف عند اختيار «مسح» في التطبيق أو عند حذف التطبيق. لا يحتفظ أندرويد بنسخة احتياطية منها، فلا يمكن استرجاعها من Google Drive. أما الملف الذي صدّرته بنفسك فحذفه عليك.
What is keptما الذي يُحتفظ به
Nothing is kept in version 1. We do not store your routines on our server, so there is no other copy. Emails already delivered by Resend are not stored by us.لا نحتفظ بأي شيء في الإصدار الأول. لا نخزّن روتينك على خادمنا، فلا توجد نسخة أخرى. الرسائل التي سلّمتها Resend سابقًا لا نخزّنها نحن.
Deleting an account cannot be undone.لا يمكن التراجع عن حذف الحساب.
